Bridging life, money, and products in long-term financial planning for Charles Schwab
People don’t want to think about the end of their lives and therefore often have difficulty planning ahead financially. IA helped Schwab understand the needs and barriers of setting and achieving long-term financial goals and created a system of tools and methods to enable people to act on them, fulfilling both investor’s and financial planners needs. IA’s deliverables included investor personas, frameworks for new financial products, planing tools for consumers, and guidelines for advisors.
