Designing an innovative and globally-relevant online experience for CSO
The Chicago Symphony Orchestra asked to IA to help them develop a new online experience. The team immersed themselves in the patron experience - attending performances, observing ticket purchasing and listening to customer service calls. IA uncovered opportunities to leverage the learned insights for design – including the first-ever contextual 3-D seat selection tool. The new CSO.org positions the orchestra as the world’s leading performance arts innovator.
