Using design to streamline America’s mission for U.S. Department of Defense
The US Department of Defense tapped IA to architect and design their most public communication channel; dod.gov. Up to the task, IA immersed themselves with diverse DOD stakeholders, from senior elected officials, to admirals, to active duty moms. IA’s output was a structured communication strategy, information architecture and site design that delivers the right information at the right time to each critical user.
