Designing boomer generation products for HP
A growing boomer population combined with the desire to design a cloud-based printer solution led HP and IA to collaborate on a connected printer design. Through contextual in-home research, the team developed insights for an ultra-simple design. The new printer automatically receives and prints photos from friends and family and requires nothing more than an electrical outlet and a phone line – making it a simple, streamlined solution.
