Facilitating teamwork to create the ideal surgery for Johnson & Johnson
By observing 14 live hip replacement surgeries across six hospitals on two continents, IA Collaborative research and design teams discovered numerous opportunities to innovate within and surrounding the OR experience. IA provided Johnson & Johnson with a new, systemic vision of how people, instruments, and implants can work together to enable more efficient and effective surgical cycles.
