As a member of the Client Service Group you will manage individual projects from initiation to completion. You will ensure that proper communication is maintained within project teams and project expectations are understood, client objectives are achieved and deadlines are met. You will produce final creative briefs, craft key messages for brand and innovation strategies, as well as develop strategic copy which communicate insights, direction and creative concepts.

As a member of the Research and Strategy group you will lead and facilitate research and strategy processes on projects. You will work with clients and colleagues to analyze secondary research, identify key user, business and design trends, and frame opportunities and research plans. You will work with your team and colleagues to plan, recruit and conduct user research, collaborate in the synthesis process to develop key insights, research summaries, design and business strategies, creative concepts, roadmaps and long term plans. This requires excellent research skills, analytical and creative thinking, organization, collaboration, writing, diagramming and strategic communication.

As a member of the Industrial Design Group you will design projects from initiation to completion. Specific activities include facilitating creative ideation sessions and presentations, sketching, storyboarding, loose/tight conceptualization, rough prototyping, 3D modeling, simple clean rendering & layouts.

As a member of the Design Group you will design projects from initiation to completion. This includes projects for package, interactive and brand. Specific activities include understanding and leveraging strategic and creative briefs, developing brand, experience and design concepts, sketching early concepts and experience architecture, designing and refining concepts, producing final press- or web-ready artwork.

Specific activities include facilitating creative ideation sessions and presentations, producing information architecture, content strategy and feature requirements for applications, mobile devices, touch screen interfaces and other web and technology projects.
