IA Collaborative Leads Workshop at NEXT Medical Design Deep Dive 2019

IA Collaborative’s Kathleen Brandenburg, Matt Alverson, and Amy Wicks are leading the workshop, “Design Your Next Competitor” during the 2019 NEXT Medical Design Deep Dive.

While there, they’ll explore how across the healthcare landscape, rapidly shifting consumer expectations are eroding traditional competitive barriers. The team will discuss how nimble upstarts are seizing on low points of the customer journey to design – and launch –  more compelling experiences than their competitive counterparts.

Through IA’s workshop, attendees will learn how to identify the unmet needs of their target audience, anticipate unexpected disruptors, and create their own next competitor – before someone else does.

Designing for Children’s Success: IA Collaborative Leads Workshop During 2019 KIPP School Summit

A cross-disciplinary team from IA Collaborative is headed to the 25th annual KIPP School Summit in Houston, TX. KIPP, the Knowledge is Power Program is a national network of public charter schools dedicated to preparing students in educationally underserved communities for success in college and life.

During the conference, IA Collaborative will lead a workshop that combines design thinking and equitable design called, “Hack-a-thon: Designing the Future of the KIPP Alumni Network.”

The IA Collaborative team will bring together 200 alumni from across the country to brainstorm, plan, design, and pitch ideas for the future of the KIPP alumni network. Over the next year, IA Collaborative will work with KIPP to activate the top ideas and begin piloting with alumni as partners with the purpose of designing a community network that enables KIPP students to succeed, regardless of the path they choose.
