How do you design for the future of work?
IA Collaborative’s workspace – much like the modern business world – must enable collaboration, while inspiring creativity and innovation daily. In the design of our new workspace, we turned our process of user-driven architectural experience design on ourselves, to create a bespoke and beloved space that inspires employees to be at their best, personally and professionally. The self-designed space – led by IA Collaborative’s Founder and Chief Design Officer, Dan Kraemer – is critically acclaimed and frequently sought after by clients and the community to host workshops, meetings and special events.
1 / Forefront of Workspace Design
IA Collaborative’s workspace was profiled by Curbed, the national real estate and architecture website, and named one of their “7 Most Exciting Workspaces in the World” in 2016.
2 / Inspiring Multidisciplinary Collaboration
IA Collaborative’s inspired workspace design took a centuries-old building and reimagined it for the future world of work. Designed with the guiding principles of inspiration, choice, serendipity and health, the space features a giant skylight through the main hallway that pours natural light into every corner; flexible working spaces that enable both collaboration and privacy; deliberate design choices that facilitate spontaneous daily interactions; and a massive rooftop deck that offers long views to inspire contemplation and reflection. IA’s workspace is every bit “worthy of the people who define it.”
